I believe the '92 integra was the body style before the 4-headlight ones. If so they're based on the accord chassis but with a DOHC 1.8L (140 hp, 2700 lbs). So unless it's the GS-R version (which I doubt because they were rare in that body style) you've got him beat already. Even if it is an early GS-R an intake and exhaust should get you pretty close. He won't have a chance in the twisties if you have good tires and some suspension mods.
