Use a razor blade to cut all the way around. Use a screw driver on a corner to pop it up by sticking it in the space between the block and pan and turning the handle of the screwdriver. Make sure that you have every bolt out too. Be careful not to scratch the block when turning the screwdriver. Another thing you might try is smacking the side of the oil pan with a rubber mallet to break the seal. It can be a pain but it will come off. Before reinstalling the pan make sure to clean the mounting surfaces of the block and the pan completely or it wont seal right. Good luck man.
