So here is my problem:
I installed the Perrin dual-tip catback on my '04 WRX and I love the sound and performance, but the 3" piping rattles up against the driver-side undercarriage when I go over bumpy road or often just when I downshift. I emailed you guys about this and you said you guys have not experienced this problem, but suggested that I loosen the bolts where it mates to my stock downpipe, try to move it, and re-tighten. I tried this and it didn't really seem to help. You also said the long kartboy hangers I'm using might be causing the problem because the system is designed to work with the stock hangers. But it is obvious to me just by looking that if the stock hangers were used, the piping would move up and only make the problem worse. I have read a few posts from at least two other members here that have had the same problem. What do you suggest I do to fix this? Thanks for your help.
