Don't use WD40 on rubber products. Over time the rubber itself becomes dry and brittle because of the leeching effects of the WD40. If you want your rubber parts to last, DO NOT USE WD40.

The post above states some good lubes that are rubber or Viton safe.



With that said, I'd like to vouch for the Viton seals that zombiedog posted. I've been using Viton injector seals as replacements for a few years now with no issues. They're a great cost effective replacement to the overpriced OEM option.
