Default Carmart Subaru in Wilmington, MA

I drove down to pick up a coupld gaskets for my midpipe I wanted to put on. ONly one was in stock and the other was to be ordered. 2 days later as im pulling into their parking lot I get a call from parts saying the item is in. I had in and they had ordered the wrong one.

Now comes the amazing part though. The parts guy appologizes and picks up the phones and starts calling around. Hes on 2 phones at once looking for my gasket. He found one in stock at another dealership and said he could have it there in 30 minutes. So I went shopping next door and came back 40 minutes later. its not there yet which gave me some time to check out the new WRX's and windowshop/grab some booklets in the dealership. I come back into the parts dept and voila there is my gasket. The parts guy is still being appologetic at this point...
I thanked him and went on my way.

I would recommend this dealership to anyone, so far. I personally would rather have a nice guy/dealership mess up and then fix the problem even if it means an hour of my time. than have a jerk have my part waiting for me and not even say hi.
