Sounds like the spool time may be dramtically different. Personally, I would just start over with a new map since you've got the tools.
yeah, i'm leaning towards the "too rich" theory. just took a deeper look at the logs, i was running 9.5/9.6:1.....way too much fuel.
after i get out of work, i'll run a few more logs with a much much leaner map.
