Huh?

There is no pressure in the system until you put your foot on the brake pedal. If the ABS is activated (wheels locking up), then the ABS pump will kick in and regulate the pressure going to the wheels that are not turning. As soon as you take your foot off the brake pedal, the pressure is gone.
