Do a search on torque converters. Basically they are a liquid filled device with vanes that throw liquid from the centre to the outside creating more torque. Actually, i cant exlpain it. They are complicated. Go to an auto shop and get a modded one, and bolt it straight in. You cant set it or anythin, the stall speed is dictated by the angle of the vanes, the viscosity of the liquid etc, all physical charcteristics. Or you can mod your one you have, but i wouldnt bother. To see where your stall speed is now, roll along in 1 at about 5 kmh and plant it. The needle will rise up and where it hooks up is your stall speed. It is a rough test, but you can see the area it is in.
So see the experts and get a modded one fitted.
