So the basic gist of this is if you want to mod an outback, you will need new wheels and tires.

My plan:

-rear strut brace
-rear swaybar mounts & endlinks

Then, depending on $$$...

-Gold P1s w/ 225/45-17 tires
-KYB/AGX with some good non-lowering springs
-used rally or mud tires for my five 15" stock alloy rims that will fit with the AGX's. (for offroad excursions and rallyx, don't want to scratch the P1s!)

If no $$$ available by the time my current tires are shot to hell (shortly...) Then:

-Dunlop SP5000 in 215/65/15 (plus zero size, I believe, but should help performance.) on my current 15" rims. Should only be under $500.

There is certainly a WRX in my future, but certainly not the very near future. I'm thinking a 2004 or 2005 model. In the meantime, this luxo-bargewagon is all I've got. Might as well make the most of it, and while gold P1's might look rather silly on the Outback, when I *finally* get my WR Blue WRX, they will fit in perfectly.
