Not everyone wants-to/needs-to mod their car. I suspect if RedWolf previously owned a Legacy GT he isn't a 19-year-old street-racer. The RS/TS in its stock form (perhaps with a rear sway bar upgrade and good tires) is a car that's more fun to drive than most cars on the market.
rear sway and nice tires will make an RS/TS into an incredibly enjoyable car. i think those are my two favorite mods since i started to mod my car.
pretty much, if you can't enjoy driving if you put your foot to the floor and you're not immediately in a situation where you need to brake, turn, or otherwise avoid a crash/running off the road... the RS isn't going to have enough acceleration for you. however, you don't have to have a powerful car to have a fun car.
