Load of crap. Unless you eliminate the MAF there is no tuning to get around the BOV stumble. Now if you used a partially recirculating BOV that adjusted you could "tune" the BOV to give a good median.
If you have a Utec you can tune for an intake. The problem with most intakes is that the MAF tube is larger than stock so the ECU thinks x amount of air is coming in when it's really more than that.
