People have wired the fuel pump up directly to power so it just runs constantly. I'm pretty sure it doesn't put you into limp mode but it may throw a cel code.
There was a mention in another post, that for some reason the variable pump doesn't like to be driven by a constant voltage. Electrically, I can't think of why that is.
I was planning on finding a cheap US WRX pump and running it constant battery voltage for my '00RS -> '95 WRX swap. Anybody else see a problem with this?
