Thats deffiantly 100% wrong. Sorry to say it. 7psi = 7psi yes, but CFM's are a whole different story.
When i replaced the turbo on my Trans Am i went from running 22-23psi and running 12.1@113 to running 20psi and 12.0@116mph. go figure
