Here's the update, This weekend I replace the jdm grey injectors for 92 Legacy usdm turbo pinks. I also replaced the fuel regulator to make sure I wasn't missing anything. I then got the scans for a 92 legacy from the guys in RSLIBERTYCLUB.org from here http://www.driftquebec.com/legacy/
. With the scans I made sure I had wired everything correctly, and voila I found I had swapped d8 and d11, so I switched them back and tried to fire it up. Well it cought on one cylinder #4 and would not catch on any others. I hate myself right now, this year long project is just not running, I'm going to replace the ignition relay because i've heard they can play up. I'm also going to get my injectors that came with the engine checkout and flow tested so I can then put them back in.
Any suggestions from you guys, I'm about ready to throw a match on this sucker, please help.
