^That might be true as a "rule of thumb" but I wouldn't rely on that information, it would be easy enough to hook up a pressure source to a high flow FPR and fill a container with fuel for 1 minute to flow test your fuel supply system if you wanted to know exactly how much it is flowing.

Its already filled in for a single in tank walboro and ID1000cc injectors
There are directions on the sheet, but they're kind of scattered. post on here if you have questions on how to fill out the form, but if you can understand the math involved in it it'd be easy enough to trace the formulas and figure it out.
