I drive and like Subaru very much but their gouge of ~ 300 dollars for a factory manual is ludicras. 20 dollars is well worth it but I have only a dial-up and do not wish to spend hours down loading. Why not pay Subaru the 20 dollars and down-load what you can or need for now and pay someone else for the additional stuff they down-loaded. Some of the more progressive manufactures like my daughters Hunduia has a FREE web site that has a fairly complete factory manual. I guess it's part of the idea that "thank you for buying our vehicle". We want you to be able to take good care of it. Ed Hayes
