they attach via 2 sided tape and i've had them on since the beginning of winter with no issues. no noticeable noise while driving either, although even if there was, with your current exhaust setup you wouldn't hear it anyways

wind noise is my LAST concern
as long as they work as rain guards and let some fresh air inside i think i'll go with them.
got really lazy today, took it to a car wash instead of doing it myself. NEVER AGAIN. they missed everything on my wheels, and i have swirl marks out the ass now.
