If you are getting a "clunk" something suspension related is loose hands down, check all of your rear end, including the coilovers.

Everything is tight, so I don't know what it could be, but I will give everything another fingering and see if maybe I overlooked something. I'll also double check the pre-load.

It definitely sounds like it is coming from the strut top area, more so than anywhere else there are suspension components. It is also not just one side, both sides have clunked.
