Ya, that side is loaded while you line up the timing marks.
I use a small clamp to hold the belt on the driver side cam pulley. Do that side first. You can also use that thing above the crank timing sprocket to hold the belt in place there. Loosen the bolts, insert belt, push down on the bracket and tighten the bolts a little. It won't move or skip.
Once you get the belt on the driver side and the crank you snake it down under the water pump and over the toothed idler. then move on to the passenger side. you can turn the passenger side pulley to line up the mark on the pulley with the mark on the belt if you need to.
Then you install the tensioner but don't pull the pin.
Next is the upper idler then the lower idler. Turn the passenger side pulley to give you a little slack in the belt if you need it.
Once you have everything installed and you checked the timing marks you want to adjust the gap on that bracket above the crank sprocket. Get a 1/2mm. feeler guage and lay it lengthwise on the belt. Leave enough sticking out either side to grab with a pliers. Push down on the bracket and tighten the two bolts. Remove feeler guage with pliers. You now have 1/2mm gap there and your done guessing how to get an even gap on both sides.
Double check your timing marks and pull the pin on the tensioner. Also, double check that you torqued all the bolts on everything before you put her back together.
Good luck.
