The problem is, is when you open up the exhaust the output voltage of your O2 sensors drop. I believe we get a 420 right, cat inefficiency code? Meaning probably the difference between the 1st O2 and the 2nd O2 voltage is too seperate. You could just grab a DMM, and measure the voltage. Then do it on a car that gets the CEL. The just put a potentiometer tapped to the signal line to the CPU and to power. adjust the pot to bump the voltage up if needed. If it has to go down, run the potentiometer to ground.

Just to add; this is just a suggestion, it may or may not fix your problem. Splicing of wires is required, I take no fault for you dickin up your car.

P.S. when I get back home from my business trip, and I have the cobb full exhaust to put on. If I get a CEL, I will try what I wrote above =)
