In section section 5, page WT-2 under wheel and tire system, general description, specifications, it lists the wheels and their specs, a 15 x 6 JJ, a 16 x 6 1/2 JJ, a 17 x 7 JJ all with offsets of 55 and the 16 x 4 T. There is nothing on the page that refers to any of them being other than a standard part. So if SCCA requires the shop manuals as documentation for standard parts, how can the 17 x 7 be considered illegal?
Because the wheels are an option (albeit port/dealer installed) on the vehicles they are listed.

They are not qualified for stock, even tho they are listed in the FSM.
