Default Help - Headlight goes out w/ new harness

Hello everyone. For about a 1 1/2 years now I've been running an upgraded wiring harness from SUVLights found here: http://www.suvlights.com/wire-harness.htm

The harness is plug n play, as in it plugs into the old harness, and runs new wires to the lights and to the battery. I've paired the harness with some Philips xtravisions from Walmart and it's worked very well.

Recently when I start my car I've noticed that my left headlight will not come on. Sometimes after driving a minute it will come on. What I've been doing is opening the hood and "jiggling" the wires. This seems to correct the lights, but the next time I need them I need to repeat the process.

So, what's wrong with my lights? Are the PIAA relays that are on the harness going bad? Are one of the wires crimped somewhere? Any other ideas? Would it be easier to buy a new harness from them and just say screw it with trying to find the problem?
