Try plugging the AccessPORT into the computer to see if it powers up that way. If it does not, there is nothing we can really have you but send it to us for repairs.

If it does power up on the computer, you most likely have a bad dongle. Locating another dongle in your area to try would confirm this issue. If the dongle is bad, it can be sent to us for repair/replacement as well.
