I don't want to bash people in the community, but I would stay away from Techworks.
If you're interested in a custom exhaust manifold. Give Unobtainium Welding (Langdon) a look, Chris has done a fair bit of welding for me and he is always fabricating new parts when I stop by (Ferrari, Ford GT, Porsche). He isn't cheap but he will make you happy.
