I've down a sr2o swap in my old nissan took 4hrs to get it out, and around 12 to get it back in, trouble shoot etc. It was my first time and I didn't know what I was doing, so if you were determined enough you might do it in a long weekend.

ps. Yeah, I know the nissan motor was prolly 10x easier then a subie motor.
