i think there should be some clarification here, regarding 'successful' cases. because when i see/hear the word DISMISS, i think thats exactly what it should be. not reduced to a lower fine, or something that wont go on my driving record. deferred means the same to me as dismissed, fwiw.
my reference for this animosity is the overpopular Jeanie Mucklestone. im starting to think she is too well known, and thus less successful at getting things dismissed completely. or she has such a rapport with judges that she thinks she doesnt have to work as hard to get rid of the tickets.
