I noticed in a couple of the pictures that you are using FRAM oil filters and that there is a build-up of oil, etc. on the bottom of the filter.

Suggestion:
Put the front of the car securely up on ramps.
Clean up the area so you can tell where the leak is coming from.

Start the car, let it idle and look under the car to see if you can see any oil leaking/dripping

Possible source: The FRAM Tough Guard oil filter
Change out the FRAM filter to a Subaru filter and see if the problem returns.

I recently had this problem and the cause was a very small leak at the oil filter where the cap and the body of the FRAM Tough Guard oil filter come together.

I initially changed the FRAM filter to a new FRAM filter because it looked as if the filter was leaking and for no other reason. Problem solved for 1 day and then returned.

Once I switched to the Subaru filter, problem fixed.
