I had to drill new holes in the bumper because the front end of the panel had been ground off. It's come loose a few times since then. I'm trying to avoid buying a new piece.
Yep, mine was folded under and sanding itself off on the road. I noticed it any time I was going slow and tried to tuck it back in place, but it would just pop back out again. I drilled the holes to "stitch" the crack back together and then I drilled 3 holes along the edge to zip to it to various things (one was the bumper, the other two were holes in the frame) and hopefully hold it in place. But it's still basically a parachute held in place by a couple zip ties. I don't see it lasting.
