I don't think The K&N or CAI had anything to do with the MAF failing. Mine had the stock intake and the MAF failed. I think it had more to do with the POS car than anything!
Catalyst breakdown = New shortblock
MAF failure
1 Dead ECU
2nd Dead ECU
sold it less than 1000 miles before the drive train warranty expired
