I happen to know this code fairly well.
Check:
- All hose connections by the canister
- The evap solenoid by the canister. If you remove it and trigger it with 12VDC you can test to see if it is working.
- The blue tee connector behind the power steering pump
- The black adapter behind the power steering pump
That last one got me, until I had my engine in pieces and happened to notice a hairline crack in the adapter. I didn't see anyone mention this one in my earlier searches... It's connected to a hose that comes off the blue tee. My evap solenoid was also corroded and no longer closing.
