I am looking for more of 400BHP 350 WHP with similar yet FLAT torque curve. I am pretty knowledgeable of the USDM setups, but am realizing I dont know **** about the JDM offerings. But owning a bugeye wrx, I think the JDM swap has more appeal. I do my own tuning, so I know it'll be safe, but a slow process.
Although for just getting a stock JDM motor going, the Twin scroll definitely has more appeal. Plus, I would like to mess with tuning it for the experience. But you made me aware of this ABS issue, so importantly I think a V8 is a better fit into my WRX so I can maintain ABS. Although the table shows they have a V7 with DCCD, or at least they have the 02 STi with a DCCD option.
