someone posted it i think in this thread but every time you start from cold your car will burn .25 gallons to warm the engine, so you are burning 2.5 gallons/week just for that purpose

Gotchya, thanks for the insight. I'm going on a 100 mile trip this weekend with a fresh tank of gas so we shall see about the MPG. I'm just hoping it's my commute and not something wrong with my car.
