Hmm I dont have that prob on my legacy but I am a lot further on with my suspension upgrades. You are definitely going to want to stiffen the roll resistence on the front end. and since its lifting... I havent touched my front sway bar. But springs and struts.
If the tire is lifting on entry to mid turn its the sway bar. If it is lifting mid to exit then its spring rate.
