I'm not comparing the GD and GH chassis, merely saying the GR has far more inboard AND outboard room than all previous models.
Explain how you can fit 18x9.5 +44 with 265's and no roll on a GD (you can't) like you can on a GR?
Explain how you can also fit 18x9.5 +44 with 265's on a GD with stock suspension (you can't) like you can on a GR?
I'm not saying they moved ANYTHING inboard, merely saying there is FAR more room on BOTH sides of the wheels than previous subaru models.
Your assertion of "its all the same/relative" is inaccurate, because its not.
