You can use a in-line pcv if you don't have the stock one anymore. All you need is a 1/2 vaccum port on the intake. I would run the old pcv lines to a closed catch can and then go through a in-line pcv on the manifold, Then run the heads breather back to the before the turbo intake but use about 3 feet of hose so it's not so close to the turbo when it's really sucking. The pass. side head breather is really close to the turbo intake and it will try to suck the oil vapor out of the head into the turbo under boost.
