I'd get injectors and a pump. You should be able to break 300hp with that and a good tune. Fuel will be a must anyways if u upgrade the turbo.

Whats ur budget? For a cheap bolt on replacement get the blouch 20g. for about double that you can get a twin scoll kit and get better spool up on a big turbo. bigger turbo and conservative boost will give you more reliability because you'll be running more in the efficiency range. intercoolers are there to help compensate for running your turbo outside the efficient range.

meth would be the cheapest option. it would be like running e85 and having a much better intercooler for about $500.
