I had mine tuned and then re-tuned several times. I couldn't keep boost under 20psi when I accelerated. Yesterday I had my wastegate ported and now it stays at 17psi and the car feels like a beast. I didn't check incorrect orifice size on the boost control lines, stuck/siezed wastegate, etc etc., but I do know that porting the wg fixed my problem.
