Thanks for all the input. I think my only chance now is to take out the cobb downpipe and replace it with the oem sti fully catted one and then im going to unmarry the accessport for a while and just drive it around in complete stock mode. I dont know what else I can do other than that that really guarantees me a pass. I really dont want to do the uppipe as that is just one huge hassle especially as I live in a condo.

dasnowman- I would do that but I think now they are going to do the driving test regardless if any OBD readiness monitors are set or not next time, and Im pretty sure its mostly due to the cobb downpipe only having one high flow cat. I dont know how these codes showed up in the first place but I think it was due to the fact that I had just switched to the fuel economy mode before going into the test and I hadnt driven my car for long enough.

trdartz- would you suggest that I switch out the downpipe as well as unmarry the accessport as I have to do the driving test again anyways.

alan ling- I think this may be the last year for aircare as there contract runs out in 2011 apparently, and they're up for renewal so they may or may not get it is my understanding.
