I would agree with this, but then again this is a bit more than your typical street car

If you're not going to see corner loading like you would on track, I don't see any reason for pan, accusump or oil cooler. If this were going to see any track time I'd give my usual recommendation for monitoring oil temps and knowing you actually need an oil cooler before buying one... and if temps were marginally high I'd recommend the pan. If it were a dedicated track car... there's no substitute for an oil cooler.
