I just spoke to my dealership guy on Saturday when I went to pick up my bra. We talked about the new models and he said they just had an event where they all get to ride in the new cars with professionals. He talked about the STi and the two new turbo cars, the Forester and the Baja. I mentioned that I was hoping I wouldn't regret not getting the Baja Turbo, and he said I wasn't missing much. He said the Forester was much more responsive and felt a lot quicker than the Baja Turbo, which he also said only seemed a bit faster than the regular Baja, but not by much.

It's probably best to start with N/A, doing the "usual" mods (I/E/H), then working your way to a turbo setup if you still have the need for speed. Also remember to upgrade other components such as brakes and such when you start adding a lot of power. You'll need to stop faster once you start going faster.
