CO company should warranty the CO but not the consequential damage since the car owner was aware of a problem but chose to continue driving until further damage occured.

As for the caliper bolt coming out, that has to be from an improper instal/torque situation and the installer may be on the hook for that and poss the wheel damage. I cant imagine that a properly torqued brake bolt would fall out on it's own due to vibration otherwise rally cars and motocross bikes would have brakes falling off all the time.
