2000.04 : The Impreza S201 STi version was released. The S201 STi features an exclusive ECU tune, large size intake duct, exclusive exhaust muffler, exclusive aero parts, RAYS alloy wheels, front helical LSD, and an adjustable suspension.

I've heard that the STi RA Cams are more aggressive compared to the regular STi. If anyone can confirm that, it would be great. I think on SIMERS build page, he said that they have a "IN 242, EX 248] [BIG intake ports] [sodium filled EX valves]"
And I know that FujiK has done a thread on the heads, FujiK's Ver6 Head Port Gallery and they definitely are the BIG PORT heads. Is this just the Ver6? Or both 5&6?

Also, does anyone know if there is a difference between the Type-R & RA? Besides Sedan & Coupe

"Version 6 STi has a Open deck block, a VF28 ball bearing turbo, Yellow top Side feed injectors, Big port heads and some very trick forged pistons. They also have the same very unreliable MAF as the Ver 5 and 99 RS." -Scoobie Steve
