Default How do I sell a car with issues?

I have a 2002 WRX and the bolt on the tensioner snapped. That needs to be replaced with at least a valve and some other assorted things. I have an estimate from a reputable repair shop at about $2500. How should I go about offering this car for sale. Should I offer to get it fixed then sell it? I would rather sell as is, but I understand if that is not recommended. It is the blue sedan, manual and completely stock, with only 93000 miles, and it is hard to explain to a dealer that there is demand for this car.

Any advice would be helpful,
Thanks
Jonathan
