Hey guys,
Just wondering if it is "usual" that disk rotors get replaced after *edit* 23K *edit*miles or so...the local guy after my State Inspection told me that my pads were in close need of retirement, and if I was going to do that, I might as well change the rotors as well since they are "all grooved up." He was saying that resurfacing is a definite possibility but that performance would never be as good as original and that it would pretty much cost about half the amount of replacing the rotors.
Any opinions on what should be done?
I don't think I have enough money to replace the entire brake kit, so thats probably out of the question! Haha...Would love to though...
Thanks!
Jim
