Professionally, I would also never allow someone in a position of customer service to imply dishonesty to me. Not only rude/tacky, but uh unprofessional.

Yeah that is kind of what I figured was going on when I sat down and thought about this. So you are saying if they try to charge me extra for the "bolt issue" put it in writing that the exhaust was never removed and submit to the general manager?
Looking back on the conversation now she also said multiple bolts were breaking "left and right" when they were trying to remove my exhaust. I bet they had some idiot new technician that used an air ratchet to take off the bolts.
