It's not designed to put on mass (though it does with the right diet). You'd be better off going with "West side for Skinny Bastards" for mass: http://www.elitefts.com/ws4sb/WS4SB.pdf Go put on some wieght and come back to cross fit to get back into fighting shape . WS4SB is more like off-season training and CrossFit is more like in-season training.
