The stock ECU has compensation tables for air temperature and will reduce WGDC accordingly for colder temps. Cobb does change the compensation tables, but again those expect a high flow cat on the DP. Going catless in cold weather with Cobb OTS Stage 2 map will exacerbate high boost problem. As PearlRex11 said, just be extra careful in the cold weather if you want to stay with the Cobb map.

You are far away from throwing an overboost code, so you should be fine. Changing other things like the top mount IC and pulley will throw a code real quick on Stage 2 cobb map.

I would recommend a stage 2 tune from Torqued Performance. He can adjust the map specifically for a catless DP easily. Once you start doing other mods then a protune on a dyno is ideal.
