I said I was hoping the new Cherokee would be a more affordable alternative to the GC. If it was, I wouldn't mind saving some cash and going in that direction, but it looks like that won't be the case. So I will opt for the Ecodiesel GC, and yes I am well aware of the price given I frequent a number of Jeep forums. (I am even part of a local group buy if you really want to be nosy) I wasn't worried, just willing to save some cash to spend in other areas if it was a viable alternative. (maybe some will think it is, I do not)
Thank you for your concerns over my financial situation, but all I said was I was hoping to see a more affordable alternative, a smaller GC essentially. I guess I know what Quentinberg007's hot button is now.
