If you have dip that is too thin to peel the safest solution is to soak it with DipDissolver and power wash it off.

You could also go buy some Xylene and a spray bottle and spray it on the parts you wish to remove and power wash it off. It makes a mess either way.

Remember guys: you dont want to use anything over 1500psi or you run the risk of ripping off the paint from the sheet metal. There is a video on youtube of a guy doing exactly that to his leased Audi... he thought he would just blast off the dip and ended up blasting off his paint! BE CAREFUL.
