I have both a set of Enkei (RPF1) and Rota (Subzero). So far I haven't had a problem with either, and I've had the Rotas for about two years. One apparent difference is that the Enkei have a much, much nicer finish. They're perfectly smooth, and dirt seems to wash right off. The Rotas don't appear to have a clearcoat, so dirt really sticks to them. I don't know if Rota has improved the finish of their wheels in the meantime, mine are from the first generation in Subaru fitment (not hubcentric yet).
I have used the Subzero for street driving, autocross, and hitting a curb very hard one time (not intentional
). They have been good to me. And the RPF1 cost almost twice as much. Your call, I think that both offer excellent value for the price.
